Yea both singers were spotted this past week in daring outfits. Gaga wore hers up and about NewYork while Riri Fenty wore hers while shopping in Monaco .. did they put up a bet? I doubt it. who do you think is "Most daring" ??!!

    Rihanna is sexy and she knows it .. and the true story is that she was on her way or just coming from a cruise and the custom bikini she wore was a shout out statement for the designer (that day was his birthday)
