New Music: Duncan Daniels Feat. Sukiyaki – Wine Am Low

Can any of you remember “Like This”? A tune that rocked radios, especially in Lagos, sometime back in 2009, that featured M.I. Well, that was when Duncan Daniels exploded onto the scene with his beat heavy, auto-tune dance music.

Now, he’s back and he came armed with Trip City‘s Sukiyaki on a party jam that demands you “Wine Am Low” and dance Azonto as well, as is the trend in the music industry right now. It was also produced and engineered by Duncan Daniels at his Dunkishrock Studio in New York City.

So, what do you think? Enjoy!

New Music: Davido Feat. Shank & Wande Coal – Throw Away

At first, when I saw this mammoth collaboration, I said,“These guys are stale. How do you miss April Fools’ day by a good three weeks?”

Well, it’s no prank, “Throw Away” got leaked sometime last night and it’s the exact opposite of what you’re expecting from such an all-star cast. Instead of the massive club-banger, it’s more of a mellow stripped-down love tune.

And, even though the track still seems a bit naked, it’s a worthy attempt from Davido, Shank and Wande Coal. I can still recall how long it took me to jive to Wande Coal‘s “Private Trips”. So, what do you think? Enjoy!

D'banj's explosive new interview. Opens up on feud with Don Jazzy

Written by Ayeni Adekunle of Thenetng.com . Quite an eye opener. You must read this...enjoy...

‘There’s an important person in that building, right?’ the cab driver asked. ‘Important musician?’ I nodded, too tired to let any curious driver drag me into a conversation. He got the message and left me alone the entire drive from Canary Wharf to the London Marriot Hotel, in Grosvenor Square.

Then, as I got down to get my suitcase from the trunk, he gave me a knowing look, smiled, and said ‘are you the musician?’ ‘Of course not’, I said to him, smiling this time. ‘The musician is in Canary Wharf, his name is D’banj’. Silence. Confused look. ‘D’banj?’

Yes, D’banj. He’s big in Africa. You know ‘Oliver Twist?’ Silence again, then as his final ‘no’ came, I said ‘Google him.’

"I Am Not Convinced Tupac is Dead" - Suge Knight

Can he be for real???!! this is some controversy
Rap mogul Suge Knight thinks tupac is still alive. Days after Tupac Shakur appeared in hologram form at a California concert, Knight suggested the rapper might just be in hiding.

“Nobody seen Tupac dead,” Knight told Los Angeles radio station 93.5 KDAY on Friday. He goes on to explain why cops never found Pac’s murderer because there was no murder.

“Maybe the question is  Pac’s not really dead , Pac’s somewhere else.”

Knight explains, “The person who supposedly cremated Tupac … this guy got about 3 million dollars .. personally from me cash and next thing I know I never heard from the guy or seen him again he retired and left.”

Knight was with Tupac when he was slain in a hail of bullets in Las Vegas in 1996. His killer has never been found.Tupac was resurrected at the Coachella Music Festival on Sunday, performing via a high-definition 3-D holographic projection system.

Although she has been keeping the date of her marriage and even the man that has stolen her heart secret, we can tell you that contrary to the widely circulated story that she will be alter bound with a popular footballer, the man who wooed her is a US-based business man called Chidi, but his friends call him “Chi Boy”.

The wedding according to our findings will be coming up in the last quarter of the year.
According to our source, they both met during one of Uche’s frequent trips to the United States.

Uche, who is one of the most hardworking actresses in Nollywood told a close pal she will not disclose the identity of the man, or celebrate it until all plans have been concluded.

Postar, Damage , Web & Shuga V – Tribute to Dagrin

When i say he is a legend, some people argue. Here is another tribute track from these upcoming acts, postar, damage , web and shuga V. Showing respect to the legend that passed two years ago.

It was with heavy hearts that this song was recorded a few weeks after Da Grin passed. Verses from Postar (a close friend of Da Grin), Damage and Web came together to lace this heart felt song over a beat by Pitch and with a hook from Shuga V. Unfortunately the song never saw the light of day cause tribute songs for the late Great rapper were everywhere and it didn’t feel right jumping on the Bandwagon. 2 years down and Da Grin is still relevant in today’s music as he was when he was around, thus this song is being released as a celebration of Da Grin’s legacy and every other Late Nigerian Musician. May all their Souls Rest in Peace

Men Should Stop Seeing Me As A Sex Symbol –Actress

Lillian Bach is rated as one of the controversial screen idols in Nollywood. The sexy mulatto actress-cum-model was asked by a reporter in a recent interview how she handles some of her male fans who see her as a sex symbol and make passes.

Below is her funny but sincere response...

"I don’t know what you mean by a sex symbol (laughs). Maybe it’s because I don’t like the word being used - Sexy or sex symbol. I don’t want people to look at me and feel like having sex with me. I want people to look at me and appreciate the work of God and see my inner beauty.

"Beauty goes beyond the physical things, because if you are beautiful outwardly, and your inside is rotten, you are nothing but a piece of shit. Some people considered to be ugly are beautiful inside. I mean, if you are humble, respectful, feel for others, you are kindhearted, I think you are beautiful. Those are the things that make up the inner beauty".
