Ok everyone will agree that Miley is a "lean Hot chick" right ? ... well, decked out in her finest "Rihanna chic" ( a term for a wardrobe attitude, courtesy Rihanna), Miley Cyrus showed off her long lean 20-year-old legs in a pair of leather short and killer heels as she pumped gas in Studio City on Tuesday.

While her t-shirt says "Sex, Drugs & Rap" ... am hoping she never does one of those things. That's if she hasn't already
