BBA Craze - Karen Igho and Fans Go at each other on twitter LOL

This is what happened. Some people have been tweeting and saying Ghana's representative, Selly has infected Nando with STD after they had unprotected sex in the house  *BB I dunno* . Then Karen said something about holding herself tight when she was in BBA and some of her followers found it insulting, lol. Check out all the twitter exchange below.
