With U.Va. Medical Center's help, world's tallest man stops growing

The world’s tallest man may have reached his peak, thanks to treatment by researchers at the University of Virginia Medical Center.

Sultan Kosen of Turkey, at 8-feet-3 inches, is listed in the 2011 Guinness World Records at the tallest living man.
