Solange Knowles and Alan Ferguson tied the knot in New Orleans over the weekend. The couple stayed true to their laid-back style by putting aside traditional wedding practices, most especially in the fashion department. Solange allowed her brides maids to pick their own dresses, made the wedding an all white affair, wore a jump suit and a modern modesty persona . The 28 year old singer and her 51 year old video director hubby arrived the venue of their wedding riding bicycles (Sweet) .
The couple tied the knot at the Holy Trinity Church in New Orleans in front of 100 friends and family, including the 38 year old brother in-law Jay Z and her two-year-old niece Blue Ivy, and singer pal Janelle Monae.

Meanwhile her sister Beyoncé wore a creation called Torn by Ronny Kobo Maggie Lasso Diamonds Dress ($349) and was part of Solange's bridal train. Dad Mathew Knowles was absent from the wedding. See more beautiful photos below

George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin's wedding certificate revealed as they share more wedding photos in Italy's Vanity Fair

They married in a star-studded ceremony in Venice, Italy last week.

And to seal it officially, newlyweds George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin have a marriage certificate to show for it. 

The document was revealed the same day the couple shared their wedding photos with a third publication - the Italian version of Vanity Fair.

Typed in Italian, the certificate from the civil state office, shows the city and date of the nuptials, the couple's birth dates as well as birth cities - Lexington, Kentucky for George and Beirut, Lebanon for Amal.

The marriage contract is dated September 29.

The newlyweds shared exclusive shots of their big day with People and Hello magazines last week and have a third treat in store for fans as they also feature in the latest issue of Italy's Vanity Fair. Their wedding is reported to be the most expensive celebrity unions, valued at about $4,800000. That of Kanye and Kim Kardashian West was valued at $2.8M. Hollywood actor George Clooney and new wife Amal Alamuddin rounded off their 4-day wedding weekend by making their marriage official with a 10-minute civil service that took place yesterday , Monday. The couple pictured above arrived the Venice City Hall to complete formalities and sign the wedding register in front of witnesses. Though they married on Saturday night, to make the union legal under Italian law, they were still required to turn up for a civil ceremony. See more photos of the happy couple below ..

After years of refusing to marry (he was first married from 1989-1993), George Clooney, 53, has finally found his soul-mate in British human rights lawyer and Advocate Amal Alamuddin. The two were married over the weekend in a private ceremony in Venice, Italy with a high caliber of guests in attendance, including A-list hollywood stars and political heavy weights like, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, John Krasinki, Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, Bill Murray, Anna Wintour, in attendance.
