The Mirror reports that Kanye made his runway models sign non-disclosure forms stating that they won’t talk about him, his wife or any of the Kardashian/Jenner family else, he could sue them for up to $10 million if they spoke out about him or the Kardashian/Jenner family.

Suge Knight Rushed to Hospital after Suffering Panic Attack in Court

Suge Knight was rushed to a nearby hospital after suffering a panic attack today.

According to TMZ, Law enforcement sources say the call came in moments after the hearing Tuesday morning at L.A. County Superior Court and L.A.  Fire Department and paramedics sent an ambulance to pick Suge up. Suge was in the lockup area next to the courtroom when he began
experiencing chest pains. But it appears it's not his heart ... it's his nerves.

This is the second time Knight has been taken to the hospital while in police custody -- he passed out in a jail cell last November as a result of a blood clot.

Suge pled not guilty. If convicted Suge faces life in prison for the death of friend Terry Carter.

Oh dear, Bobby Shmurda who is one of the breakout music stars of 2014 is sadly ending the year on an unfortunate note. The Hot Boy rapper who is credited with creating the viral sensation, Shmoney Dance is facing up to 25 years in prison and after he and members of his GS9 gang were arrested last week in shooting, drug and gang srelated crimes in Brooklyn New York. I remember earlier in the year when "The Beat FM" OAP "Toolz" on one her shows said Bobby did look like some involved in gang biz and all , we all laughed about it but apparently she was right. 

The police have announced a 69-count indictment that netted 15 members of the GS9 gang. The top count in the indictment is second-degree conspiracy, which carries up to 25 years in prison. Bobby and his gang were looking downcast as they were leaving the court handcuffed to eachother on Thursday. What a shame . Young wild and reckless. See more photos below ...

Gay Nigerians flood Netherlands embassy seeking asylum #ANTIGAYLAW

The Embassy of the Netherlands in Nigeria has confirmed that it has received some applications for asylum by some Nigerians who fear persecution following the recent signing into law the anti-gay bill by President Jonathan, Thisday reports.

Netherlands is a gay-friendly country. The embassy sent an email to Thisday some days ago saying that despite receiving these applications, it was neither involved in processing any application for asylum seekers nor does it have the power to grant asylum to applicants.

"The embassy has received a small number of applications for asylum by Nigerians. It is not possible to apply for asylum at the embassy. We inform the applicants likewise but we do not register the number of applications made. At this stage, it is not possible to make predictions. That would be speculation. However, when people become increasingly aware that it is not possible to apply for asylum at the embassy, one could expect a decrease. The embassy is not involved in the asylum process, neither in the application nor in the determination of the authenticity of claims.”

SSS Arrest Dokubo-Asari Over Threat Of Bloodshed In 2015

The president of the Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force, Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, is currently being interrogated at the headquarters of the State Security Service in Abuja.

Dokubo was invited by the SSS, following his alleged inflammatory statements in connection to the 2015 election, in which he stressed in unequivocal terms that there will be bloodshed, if President Goodluck Jonathan was not re-elected.

"If they say the blood of the dogs and the baboon will be soaked in water on the street, in blood on the street, in salt water on the street, we will help them soak them in blood”.

Dokubo, an ex-militant, arrived the SSS office at about 9.45am on Thursday, with scores of his supporters, and his lawyer. The SSS Deputy Director, Public Relations, Marilyn Ogar, confirmed that it was questioning Dokubo based on the inflammatory comments.

Paul Walker leaves entire $25 million fortune to his 15yr old daughter

Paul Walker was worth $25million when he died tragically at a young age in November 2013 and he left every single dime to his 15 year old daughter, Meadow Rain Walker. And left no single cent for mum, dad, siblings and even longtime girlfriend of 5years, Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell

According to TMZ, the late actor appointed his father Paul Sr. as the executor of the will and his mum, Cheryl Walker, as Meadow's legal guardian and the guardian of the teenager's $25m fortune.

Chocolate City and Brymo Set To Return To Court

The battle between Chocolate City and their former Artist, Brymo is set to continue at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos as they will return to court on January 14th, 2014.

The case was adjourned until 14th of January, after the presiding judge was unavoidable absence at the court leading to the suspension of the case. The case reportedly has been adjourned twice following the November 11 adjournment before this latest one.
The issue between the two is as a result of Brymo’s unceremonious exit from the record label, and there were a lot of words being thrown around from members of both parties. The notable was Brymo calling out Chocolate City Boss, Audu Maikori, and saying he’s threatening people trying to work with Brymo.
Really hope they resolve the issue

Femi Fani Kayode & Bianca Ojukwu may be heading to court

These two maybe going to court because Bianca Ojukwu has rejected Femi Fani Kayode's non- apology. Femi issued a statement last week withdrawing his earlier claims that they had an 'intimate relationship' in the past but Bianca's lawyers said the retraction was not sufficient and satisfactory and have decided to go to court. Femi Fani Kayode this morning responded to Bianca's lawsuit threat, insisting that he didn't lie and threatened to reveal details of his 'relationship with her. “The attention of Her Excellency, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu has been drawn to a statement purportedly issued by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode through one Mr Akinola Babatunde Rotimi and published in the Daily Sun and ThisDay Newspapers of September 6, 2013.The phantom claim in the said statement that Chief Femi Fani-Kayode and Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu were once good friends to the knowledge of mutual friends who are still alive is not only false, baseless and typical, but a further attempt by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode to create the impression of a connection between himself and Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu.

“Whilst it is important to reiterate that Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu has never met Chief Femi Kayode and does not know him in person, it is pertinent to note that the statement issued through Mr Akinola Babatunde Rotimi, falls far short of an apology and retraction of Chief Femi Fani-Kayode’s false and libelous outbursts and is merely a desperate attempt to lend credence to fabrications, which he seeks to present as reality with intent to gloss over the very serious issues arising from the reckless publication.

"We read the comments of the P.A. to Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu in the Sun Newspaper of 9th September and in a number of other newspapers where she expressed the view that the withdrawal of the comments made about her by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode were ''not enough''. We really do wonder what Mrs. Ojukwu really wants from Chief Fani-Kayode and what her agenda really is? Throughout this matter Chief Fani-Kayode has chosen the path of peace and has attempted to avoid an ugly and public quarrel with Bianca Ojukwu out of respect to the memory of her late father Chief C.C. Onoh and the memory of her late husband, Dim Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu . Consequently he has publiclly apologised to her and the two other igbo ladies that he mentioned in the said article (namely Miss Chioma Ansoh and Miss Adaobi Ucgegbu) on two separate occassions, in three separate national newspapers and online. He has has also publically withdrawn the words that they found offensive, he has edited the said article, he has ensured that no newspaper in Nigeria that published it mentioned their names in the revised version, he has admitted that the word ''intimate'' that was used in the online version of the article was ''indiscreet'' and he has bent over backwards to tread the path of peace and to appease all those concerned. Despite all these efforts Bianca Ojukwu has refused to be appeased or to let go and she has continued to peddle the shameless lie that she has never met Chief Fani-Kayode. This is sad and unfortunate and it is beyond the imagination of anyone that a serving Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would so readily and so easily be given to telling such lies. Chief Fani-Kayode is not comfortable with publiclly joining issues with ladies when it comes to matters of a private nature such as this because he was well brought up and he is a gentleman but it is clear that Bianca Ojukwu is desperate to go to war over this issue and to cover up the truth about their past. It is also clear that she has constituted herself into the arrowhead of a group of people that are determined to use her and this whole unsavoury episode to attempt to distract attention from the wider and more important issues raised in the essay and to discredit him. Since that is the case we welcome whatever action Ojukwu wishes to take in court and we shall gladly meet her there. We will also be instigating our own legal proceedings against her in due course for her barefaced and malicious lies and her consistent claim that she has never met Chief Fani-Kayode all in an attempt to libel, defame, diminish and discredit him before the entire world. We wish to state clearly and categorically that not only did Chief Fani-Kayode know her but he also knew her far better than she cares to publiclly admit. The precise nature of that relationship will be explored and exposed in open court. It is not in the nature of Chief Fani-Kayode to fight unecessary and distractive battles over flippant matters such as this but on this occassion he has been compelled to do so simply because he will do whatever it takes to protect his integrity and establish the fact that he has told no lie. Since she has continued her shameless perfidy and wishes to tread the path of deceit and confrontation then so be it. Finally let it be clearly understood that at no point did Chief Fani-Kayode lie about the nature of his relationship with Ojukwu. However he did not feel that it was appropiate or necessary to share the details of that relationship with the public because he felt that such matters were strictly private. The fact that she mistook his mature exercise of restraint and discretion, even when provoked and insulted, his desire for peace and his gentlemanly nature for weakness is not only unfortunate but also a grave miscalculation on her part. Once again we reiterate the fact that we counsel Ojukwu to take whatever course of action she pleases and we welcome this opportunity to expose her for what she is. The matter has been referred to our lawyers for final preparation. It's sad that in a country where pressing issues that threaten national growth persist quite obvious that even blind men can see it. Our leaders choose to press on non-issues with what ever intentions we know are purely selfish. I won't press much on this but if they feel it's right why can't they start with thr own children. 1st and foremost a child at 13 can't decide what she wants as such obvious examples live within us.. things we thought we wanted at 13 are things we grew too realise we don't want any more. This act of stupidity would increase divorce, rape, adultry, and hate thus children would be forced into marriage against their will thus infringing their basic human right of choice. Our 1st lady should speak on this and our so called leaders should tackle pressing issues and move this country forward. Nigeria pays our leader more than any other country in the world but we get little in return. Our currency is useless outside nigeria, we don't have good electrical supply, schools are on strike, some students at the primary level who should have free education are seen on the streets halking and begging. Let's spend time in building the leaders of tommorw not destroying them and killing the beauty of life in them. Self hate alone can lead to a lot of things let's fight against this. I am IK ogbonna and I stand against such act of murder to our future.

Rihanna Fined $47,000 For Pulling a Lindsay

Rihanna just learned a hard lesson ... acting like an irresponsible Lindsay Lohan can cost you a LOT of money -- in this case $47,050.

TMZ is reporting that ... Rihanna's ex-accountants have been trying to get the singer to sit for a deposition in a lawsuit she filed against them. Rihanna claims they mismanaged her money and owed her millions, but the accountants claim Rihanna's the one who's at fault.

According to the accountants -- Berdon LLP -- Rihanna's been blowing off deposition after deposition (Lindsay-style) costing them boatloads in attorneys' fees, so Berdon asked the judge to punish the singer.

And this month, the judge agreed, fining Rihanna $47,050 for Berdon's legal bills.

On top of the fine, the judge also ordered Rihanna to sit for a deposition once and for all on August 28 ... and if she doesn't show up, he might dismiss her case entirely.

Pres Obama releases statement Regarding Zimmerman not guilty verdict

Al-Mustapha breaths in free fresh air ,discharged and acquitted by Lagos Court of Appeal

The former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, was today discharged and acquitted by the Court of Appeal in Lagos for the murder of Kudirat Abiola.

The judgment overturns that of the Lagos High Court which convicted and sentenced the retired colonel in January 2012 and sentenced him to death by hanging. The Court of Appeal, in their ruling, said there was not enough evidence to incriminate Al-Mustapha in the murder of Late Mrs Abiola.

Chief  MKO Abiola's wife was shot dead on June 4, 1996, on what was alleged to be the orders of Al-Mustapha.

Photographer Sues Tuface, Wife Over Wedding Pictures

Justice Mohammed Idris of  the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has fixed  October 16, 2013 for the commencement of trial in a N120 million copyright suit filed against popular music  star, Innocent Idibia, a.k.a. TuFace, his wife, Annie Idibia and their manager, Anthonio Anifite over  photographs allegedly taken at the recent traditional wedding of the musician and his wife in Akwa Ibom State.

Abuja based photographer, Emmanuel Okolo, who is the plaintiff in the suit alongside his studio, Papilonmexy  filed suit against the defendants.

He is asking for six reliefs, two of which include N100 million in general damages and N20million in exemplary damages.

At the resumed hearing of the case yesterday, neither TuFace nor his wife was represented in court. Anifite who is the second defendant was however represented by his counsel, J.O Uttute.

Meanwhile, a mild drama ensued when the judge openly admonished Uttute after the latter claimed that he had filed his defence when he had not done so.

The judge warned him not to come to this court again if he was not prepared for the case.  “You told me that you have filed your response, but looking through here, there is nothing to that effect. And you are even smiling. Do you think you are here to joke? Never come to this court again if you are not prepared. You don’t even know when the case was filed and you are not prepared for it,” said the judge.

Also,  the plaintiff’s counsel,  Habeeb Oredola expressed worry over the defendants’ inability to appear before the court  or  be represented by a counsel after they were served with the writs of summon.

In the writ of summon, Okolo and his studio claimed they were contracted by TuFace’s wife through a third party, identified as Ms Chineze Anyaene to take photo shots at the traditional wedding held in Eket, Akwa Ibom state in March, 2013.

The plaintiff said, he was reluctant at the beginning since the offer was coming through a third party, but later accepted after he was convinced that the offer was actually with the blessing of the first defendant.

Annie Idibia was said to have later contacted the photographer after the wedding and demanded for the printing of 10 of the high resolution pictures taken.
