Lindsay Lohan Rehab Plan May Be Up In Smoke

This girl and her drama .. Lindsay Lohan has less than 24 hours to hightail it to Seafield Center in New York ... but even as she packs her bags she's telling people she may bail on the rehab facility because they won't let her smoke.

Sources close to Lindsay tells TMZ ... she doesn't think she can hack not smoking for 90 days.

We're told Lindsay asked her lawyers to try and convince Seafield to make an exception and, failing that, find a facility that would let her puff away.

Sources say Seafield was unbending -- no smoking, no exceptions.  So lawyers triggered Plan B -- we've learned they contacted Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach -- a place Lindsay once rehabbed at for a short time in 2010.

Morningside staff told  TMZ ... they DO allow smoking.  Problem is ... we've learned the City Attorneys for L.A. and Santa Monica haven't signed off on Morningside.  We're told prosecutors had no idea Lindsay is thinking of bailing on Seafield.

Lindsay is acting like she's going tomorrow ... She Instagrammed this photo of herself packing, saying, "90 days and 270 looks."

Lindsay is packing 270 outfit changes, but if she goes to Seafield, she'll have to leave 263 behind.  They only allow 7 changes of clothes.

The embattled actress was yesterday sentenced to 90 days in rehab, 30 days community service and 18 months of psychological counseling.

What did she do? Reckless driving and providing false information to a police officer, all while on probation for shoplifting in 2012.

The misdemeanor charges stem from a 2012 car accident in which Lindsay's car rear-ended a truck. When police officers arrived at the scene, Lindsay lied that her assistant was the one driving, plus they found alcohol in her car. She managed to avoid jail today. Lol Lindsay is just one tough nut ... even still looked good at trial*wink* -->

News - @LindsayLohan Rushed to Hospital With Lung Infection

Lindsay Lohan was rushed to the emergency room in NYC last night ... and sources connected to the actress tell us she's suffering from a bad lung infection.

Lindsay has been telling friends she's been dealing with a bad case of "walking pneumonia" for the last couple weeks -- and last night, we're told things got so bad she had to go to the hospital.

We're told Lindsay was taken to Mt. Sinai, where she received medication for the infection -- including antibiotics -- and was discharged shortly after.

Lindsay's currently resting back in her hotel room.

News @Lindsaylohan BANNED From Sunset Strip Hotel

Lindsay Lohan stiffed the famous Chateau Marmont hotel to the tune of $46,350.04, and she is now persona non grata.

TMZ has obtained a letter from the General Manager of the hotel where John Belushi infamously OD'd ... The GM notes the hotel repeatedly requested payment for the 47 days Lindsay stayed there during the months of June and July ... but LiLo never anted up.

Lindsay -- who had been living at the hotel -- was ordered to get her stuff out by 12 PM August 1.  She was then banned from the entire property.

Now get this ... We also got the itemized bill for June and July, and it's clear -- Lindsay spends like a drunken sailor. 

-- Minibar charges for the 47 days:  $3,145.07.  The highest daily tab ... July 1st -- $502.43!!!

-- Cigarettes: $686.  She blew through 49 packs in 47 days at $14 a pop

-- Chateau Candle: $100

-- Chateau restaurant:  On July 4 Lindsay racked up a $1,992.07 bill.  On top of that, she spent $685.96 that day on room service.
