The Real Housewives Coming To Lagos ?

According to inside sources, NBCUniversal owners of the popular America docu-reality series; the Real Housewives Franchise is partnering with a Nigerian organisation to produce a version of the show for the African audience.  The new show will be called the Real Housewives of Lagos and will cover the lifestyle of 5 – 8  different women resident in Lagos.

 
These women must fit a certain profile; aged between 30 and 50, extremely wealthy - married into money, inherited a fortune through her family, or just self-made millionaires - they could be married, divorced or single.  They will also grant an all-access pass to their lives: their families, friendships, careers and homes.

Ok this sounds really interesting .. The thing is will these selected few be able to reveal the various and numerous activities of their daily lives .. because some people don't seem to understand what it takes to be a reality star .. While there are so many women in Lagos who fit this bill, it would be interesting to see the ones who get selected to star in this show and the ones who accept.

A source close to the 25-year-old star told the Belfast Telegraph newspaper: "Pals have told Rihanna not to get upset about Chris and Karrueche. They think the best revenge would be living well and looking good, but so far Rihanna's answer has been to party the pain away.

"It's understandable that she'd want to escape her feelings on this but she's taking it way too far. Everyone around her wants her to get some help -- they're genuinely worried about her.

"She's not in a good place and looks like she's self-destructing. Her friends are really worried about her and think she needs to take time out to detox and refocus."
