Chris Brown Grant's Post-Jail Interview . Talks Rihanna, His Experience & Lessons learnt .

Ever since his release from jail, the public and media have been keen on getting the juicy details of his experiences through the recent turn of events , which includes his love triangle and mental health issues. Chris Brown decided to grant his first Post-jail interview, where he opened up to Billboard on his experience in jail and why Rihanna will always remain a part of his story. Read excerpts below

On the the daily routine in Jail..

A guard wakes you up; you eat. You stay in your cell most of the time, basically 24 hours a day. Maybe on Mondays you go to the roof inside of a cage and have a phone call. It’s isolation. You have time to focus on what matters, on what to do and what not to do.My maturity level has risen as far as my realizing what’s important. Realizing that I’m human like everyone else. At the end of the day, it’s just a humbling experience. You’re more appreciative of everything else that’s on the outside. A burger tastes 1,000 times better when you’re out (Laughs.) I’m just more appreciative of the things I’m blessed with and the things I do: music, being able to take care of my family, being able to see my friends and family. And do what I love and still be able to do it in a timely fashion to where people don’t think, “Oh well, he fell off.” Still being able to be consistent.

On what he missed while in Jail

"I just missed my family. At the end of the day, music is definitely a passion. But when you’re dealing with your own personal issues, family is first. I just dealt with that. I missed my dad and mom, all my cousins ... seeing people’s faces and smiles ... seeing people who were just encouraging and positive.

When asked if there will be a day his relationship with Rihanna won't be brought up..

When we’re not relevant anymore, that might be the case. As long as you’re doing something good, people will always bring up old stuff or negative stuff because they don’t want you to surpass a certain level or elevate. But as long as you have your head on straight, it shouldn’t matter what people want to say.

Beyonce turned 33 yesterday September 4th and celebrated her with her husband, daughter, mum and a few other family and friends on a beach in the South of France. Fresh from her widely praised, 17 minute mini concert at the recent MTV VMA Awards, Beyonce had more reason to celebrate as she turned 33 on September 4th and spent the day in Corsica, sunning herself with Blue Ivy, Jay Z and various other family members. Wearing a flowing print kaftan, her cropped hair blowing in the breeze, the family were full of smiles and Blue Ivy looked super cute in her swimwear. The couple have been plagued by divorce rumours over the last few months but high off the end of their On The Run tour, they couldn't look any more happy and very much together. 'Go ahead and sue me' , Australian negotiator says to Alimodu Sheriff

Australian negotiator Stephen Davis has dared former Borno state governor, Alimodu Sheriff to sue him for saying he's one of the sponsors of Boko Haram. Mr Sheriff had threatened to sue at a press conference on Wednesday.

Speaking with TheCable today, Davis said if Alimodu Sheriff goes to court, evidences to prove he has connections with the sect will be produced.

"He is worried, is he? He knows that if he goes to court, the evidence will be produced and he cannot escape justice. Let him go to court if that is what he wishes. It is his right to do so. He will not be able to avoid close examination and then the facts will be known. Good luck to him if he decides to sue me in Australia. He can’t buy the judges here. Truth is not for sale. Australia has zero toleration for those who might sponsor terrorism." Continue...

No one should be above the law whether in Australia or Nigeria. Justice must be served for every Nigerian killed, every girl and boy kidnapped, every girl raped, every person who has lost their home in the course of this violence. It seems to me the extent of involvement of every person named by Boko Haram as a sponsor should be closely and thoroughly examined by the correct authorities. I read his defence on the media this week. Rather than come out as a statement of facts, it read like a novel of unconvincing fiction. In the last 48 hours, I have been in touch with some commanders of the group and they maintain their stand on Sheriff’s involvement. Sheriff’s ploy of casting himself as a victim is a poor attempt at disguising his sponsorship as alleged by the Boko Haram commanders.” he said

Nick Cannon slams media , addresses divorce rumours

Nick Cannon took to his twitter page to address reports claiming he has been speaking about his divorce. He was reported to have said "There is trouble in Paradise" when asked about his marriage..

Former Borno state governor Alimodu Sheriff wept during a press conference in Abuja yesterday as he tried to dissociate himself from Boko Haram. He'd been accused by Australian negotiator Stephen Davis of being a major sponsor of the sect. He vehemently denied this at the press conference..

According to TMZ,she was hospitalized after ranting in the streets at 2am.

Singer Blu Cantrell went running through the streets, ranting about people trying to kill her last night ... until police took her into custody for psychological evaluation. Cantrell went seemingly berserk in a Santa Monica neighborhood around 2 AM on Wednesday. Witnesses tell us she was screaming about someone giving her "poisonous gas." The episode went on long enough that someone called police.

We're told when officers arrived, Blu -- famous for her 2001 hit "Hit 'Em Up Style (Oops!)" -- played the "do you know who I am card" ... but also referred to herself as a "one hit wonder."Law enforcement sources tell us cops took Blu to a nearby hospital where doctors checked her out. Joan Rivers , Comedian and Talk Show Host dies at at 81

Joan Rivers, talk show host, red-carpet critic and an actress, she rose to the top of the comedy's ranks and unapologetically tongue lashed everyone and everything that crossed her path. Joan was ( sucks to refer to her as past tense ) the commander in chief of the fashion police team that aired on E! She passed on today, Thursday , Sept 4th, 2014, in New York following complications from a medical procedure. She was 81 years old. Her daughter,Melissa confirmed this in a statement
