NICKI MINAJ TO START NEW LABEL, SIGNS NIGERIAN AS FIRST ARTISTE

YMCMB rapper Nicki Minaj is keen to join the league of music moguls, and is set to start up her very own music label. She recently announced via twitter that she has signed on a Nigerian artiste and music producer named Parker Ighile when she tweeted
“My 1st official artist!!! Aahhhhh!!!!!”.
Parker who is based in London was born to Nigerian parents; his father is from benin while his mother is Hausa.
At the age of 17, Parker produced his first UK Platinum hit on Chipmunk’s first single and he has since produced songs for Jessie J and Angel. He has also recently produced a song for Nicki titled “Hell Yeah” which will be released soon.
Although the name of her music label has not been officially announced, she took to twitter to dispel rumours of it being “Pink Friday records”.
She tweeted “Lol. Not calln it pink Friday records anymore barbz. Not fair 2 the dudes. I’ll issue a press release w/the official name very soon.” -->
