Jessica Simpson kep herself to a strict weight watchers regime in order to loose sixty pounds after her pregnancy - a regime filled with low fat smoothies, protein and veggies - and TMZ have obtained her 4-months crash diet plan.
The Plan crafted by Jessica's former private chef closely follows the WW point system with fancy home made menu items like egg white omlete, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, sobber noddles and shrimp skewers.
