hocolate City‘s DJ Caise, also of TheBeat99FM, introduced us to DRB Lasgidi earlier during the year.

DRB Lasgidi is a collective made up of 2 rappers, Fresh L (Ladi Ladinegan) & TeeZee (Teni Zaccheaus)  and a singer, Boj (Bolaji Odojukan). The group’s style fuses afrobeat, Hip-Hop and R&B.

On “Toyin”, their DJ Caise produced single, DRB Lasgidi prove that they can meld their ethnicity into a playful, entertaining up-tempo song.
