Update+More Pics on the woman Caught masturbating on the Road!! pls PG18

Yesterday, I posted a story about a girl who pretty much went bunkers and started pleasuring herself on the road( masturbating)after supposedly sleeping with a ritualist. Even though the veracity of such story can always be argued, the photo posted  with the story sort of confirms that something of that nature happened. I have obtained more photos about the incident and while I can't confirm the name of the girl or when ,or where or exactly what happened, I am personally troubled that instead of the on-lookers rushing this obviously troubled young lady to a hospital for help, they stood there and took pictures instead. Am also hearing that this did not happen in Nigeria rather it may have happened in Cameroon.
My annoyance is that , wether na Togo or Mars they should have quickly called for help, what happened to other women covering her up or something??
