The
tot was given less than two hours to live after she was born ghostly
white but was saved after undergoing emergency transfusions.Mum Louise
Bearman, 31, first noticed something was wrong when the baby didn’t move
for three days.
She and partner Paul Norton went to Broomfield Hospital, in Chelmsford, where she was given an emergency caesarean.
Olivia was born on September 10, five weeks early and weighing 5lbs 3oz.
Speaking of the moment she saw her baby “white as a sheet”, Louise told Daybreak: “I didn’t know what was happening.
“She had one transfusion but I didn’t see her until the next morning.
“She was born pale and floppy and they resuscitated her.”
