ONAKOME OSALOR EMERGES QUEEN OF ASO 2012+HBD LLNP

The 7^th Edition of the Prestigious Queen of Aso Beauty Pageant 2012 was classy and well attended on 1^st October, 2012 at the Exclusive Sheraton Hotels & Towers Abuja to celebrate the 52^nd Independence Anniversary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Queen of Aso Beauty pageant is designed to promote the cultural heritage and tourism value of Nigeria to the whole world, the Queen is an ambassador of culture and tourism in Nigeria.

19 Beautiful Queens from various ethnics group contested during the pageant and they all exhibited various cultural heritage of where they represented to the delight of all the guests in the hall and at the end of the event Queen Efik Onakome Osalor a graduate of University of Port Harcourt, Geography and Environment Management department emerge as the Queen of Aso 2012. An indigene of Emevo Town in Isoko North L.G.A of Delta State, 22years old Kome will be representing Nigeria at the forth coming Miss Africa Naiades Beauty Pageant in Benin Republic on 10^th November, 2012 among other prizes she won.

Queen Hausa Miss Christabel Iwuala was the 1^st runner up Queen of Aso Beauty 2012 while Miss Uzzezi Fortune Edegware Queen Isoko was the 2^nd Runner Up Queen of Aso Tourism 2012 and Miss Chidinma Esther Kanu emerges as Queen of Aso Ambassador 2012.

 

Popular Nigerian musicians performed during the unique show to spice up the event, they include white Nigerian, Teckno, Gully Rider, M-lake and many more.

The event was attended by the representatives of the first lady, Minister of Culture and Tourism and other personalities in government and captain of industries.
