Kate Henshaw set to release fitness DVD

Y'all know Actress Kate henshaw can be Hot and toned for days ...  she's been out of the country where she has  been taking her workout routine to another level ... According to That1960chick (blog), fit mother of one, actress Kate Henshaw will be sharing her fitness secrets in a work-out DVD called 'Kate's Fit 4 Life', which will be released in September this year. The exercise video will be marketed in Nigeria and internationally.  Way to go "mami"

Kate joins Nike Oshinowo and Oluchi Orlandi as Nigerian celebs who have their own fitness DVDs.
