Kourtney Kardashian Hit With Paternity Lawsuit By some "Male Model"

A male model is suing Kourtney Kardashian, claiming he is the father of the reality star's son.
Michael Girgenti claims he met Kardashian in 2009 during a photoshoot while she was on a break from her long-term boyfriend Scott Disick. Her son Mason, 3, was born nine months after the pair allegedly had unprotected sex in Glendale, Calif.
Girgenti filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles County Superior Court demanding a DNA test to determine whether he's Mason's biological father. He seeks joint custody if he is Mason's parent.
A hearing is scheduled in September.
Kardashian's lawyer, Shawn Holley, wrote a letter to Girgenti, calling his allegations "false and defamatory."

A representative for Kardashian previously insisted, "Since the... photoshoot, Kourtney never spoke with him, saw him nor met him again. Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr Girgenti."
Kardashian also has a daughter, Penelope, who turned one in July.
