Nigerian R&B duo, P-Square (Peter and Paul Okoye) have reportedly lost their mother, Mrs Josephine Okoye.
Report says she died after a brief illness. She was reportedly flown
to India few months ago after being first admitted at St Nicholas
Hospital, Yaba, Lagos.
There has been no word yet from Peter, Paul, Tony, Jude and the rest of the Okoye siblings. But those close to them have confirmed that at the initial stage of her illness she was taken to St. Nicholas Hospital, one of the most expensive medical centres in Nigeria.
Mrs Okoye was a good pillar to P-Square while she was alive. Her last public appearance at her children’s performance was at the Psquare Invasion concert in August 2011.
She was a Christian minister before her death. and a blessing to lots of josites. May her beloved soul rest in peace.
